Lord We Honor You With Our First Fruits

You have a special unique opportunity, and you can’t afford to miss your moment! I want to share what the Spirit of the Lord is showing me regarding 2019 and the significance of God’s holy Principle of First Fruits.

God declares, “When you come into the land which I give you and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest” (Leviticus 23:10 NIV).
This divine establishment of God’s order is actually the root, the foundation that governs the rest.

“For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches” (Romans 11:16 NKJV). The first represents the total. All firsts belong to God!

“Honor the LORD with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow…” (Proverbs 3:9–10 NKJV).  God showed me FIRST FRUITS is the KEY. With obedience to this first fruits instruction and your faith- I believe your purpose, your ye…

How Jesus Can Help You With Guilt

The force of pain that causes you to think you are worthless on account of past or present actions is guilt that arises from self—the old man.

The force of pain that causes you to think or rethink your actions (past or present) is guilt that arises from the conviction of the Holy Spirit. For a Christian, the former paralyzes them to where their ministry is ineffective and unfruitful, because the guilt that comes from the old nature and not the new is not of Christ. And practically speaking this prohibits our effectiveness to be faithful witnesses with the joy of the Lord controlling our actions and speech. Instead, we feel hopeless and unable to show the love of Christ as we ought.

Every Christian has an ugly past, because every Christian was at one time not a Christian, and anything not of Christ is ugly. The condemning thoughts we feel on account of our sin are a problem for all who are concerned about living a life consecrated to Jesus. We all have past and present sins that bring u…

3 Steps to Break the Curse

Your mouth gives expression to what you think, feel and want. Further, our words are a result of who we believe we are! This can work for us …or against us.“Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."
Matthew 12:33-34

Abundance”…What does Jesus mean by “abundance?” He means “the surplus.”  It is the build up and overflow of whatever is in abundance in your heart. WHAT IS IN YOU, WILL EVENTUALLY COME OUT! Whatever comes out of your mouth – that is what is in your heart in abundance. God’s revelation is never a condemnation. He wants us to confront what He identifies in our life! On the positive side, your world is framed by the words of your mouth. Hebrews 11:3 tells us that the “worlds were framed by the word of God.” If creation would have remained in the heart of God …and never pr…

I am pleased to announce my support of President Donald J. Trump’s signed agreement with Mexico and Canada in the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). I support the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) as it will be a mutually beneficial win for North American farmers, ranchers, businesses, and workers.

Americans are the most compassionate and generous people on the planet and I believe when Americans prosper, the world becomes the beneficiary. The new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement will create more balanced, reciprocal trade that supports high-paying jobs for Americans and grows the North American economy.

All agreements over time need to be re-evaluated and adjusted and the 24 year old NAFTA needed to be replaced with the more America friendly USMCA. I am confident the prosperity that results from this new trade agreement will be used help the hurting around the world.

God bless America.

Wisdom and Wealth

“With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity.” Proverbs 8:18
How many of you knew that wisdom has a connection with wealth?  One moment of His favor can take you places your degree can’t take you, your experience can’t earn you, and your networking and hard work could not reach. It’s your season of biblical increase! We must get connected with godly wisdom to manage our resources in such a way that they steadily increase over time.God’s favor and grace will release the floodgates for those who are in position by faith and trusting Him!

God’s desire for you is that you would experience increase and multiplication in every area – closeness to Him, knowledge and revelation, relationships, family, career and finances all growing and increasing proportionately as your soul increases (3 John 1:2). You are the light on a hill, a witness to the world that God is who he says He is. When you are rewarded, it brings glory to His name!

“..the Lord shall increase you the more and t…

God's Word: A Doorway for Light

“The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.” Psalm 119:130 ESV
We all want to better ourselves.  We don’t want to better ourselves in the same way. For most of the world, the primary way to improve life is through money. The pursuit of happiness runs the same path as the pursuit of money. A happy life finds itself only in a rich life. And so for a lot of us, our default mindset falls with modern culture rather than biblical mandate when looking for ways to improve ourselves: We naturally assume money will better our lives.

I believe we start at the wrong place. We have the wrong idea of life. Even for the Christian the tendency is to focus on making oneself the center of pleasure, but God did not create us to please ourselves. Nowhere in Scripture does it say, “Follow your dreams. Do what’s in your heart. Live out the path that brings you the most pleasure.” The problem with these statements is that life is not meant for our dreams—life is meant t…

Giving Thanks

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6Anxiety weighs us down with the worries and concerns of this world. What can cause us to feel this way? Bills, wayward children, an undependable car, or a leaky sink? The Greek word for anxiety means, "to have an unhealthy heaviness or fretfulness." Paul the apostle is cautiously confronting the Philippi Christians to fully trust the Father, for He can hear their prayer and petition.
The cure for anxiety is prayer. Not just any kind of petition or request, but a call blended with thanksgiving. The Greek word for "thanksgiving" is "eucharistias" where we get the word Eucharist. It is a word associated in many traditional churches with Holy Communion. It comes from a well-known word "charizomai," (its root is "charis," "gift"), which is a verb that denotes gratitude from re…

Worship Comes to the White House!

What happens when you bring some of  the contemporary Christian music artists greatest voices together at the White House? You get worship! God sent spirit-filled, heartfelt worship.

On November 13, CCM artists Tauren Wells, Michael TAIT, Kari Jobe, Eddie Carswell of Newsong, Danny Gokey, Colton Dixon, Micah Tyler and many more joined the White House for a listening session to hear what the administration is doing and to share their thoughts on policy issues.

The group of 85 were hosted by The White House Office of Public Liaison. The CCM contingent heard from the heart of Pastor Paula and was encouraged to hear from the faith directors from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Agriculture and Health and Human Services.

Chartbuster, Tauren Wells, echoed what was on the heart of many when he said, “What a privilege to declare the name of Jesus in worship and in prayer today at the White House. I was challenged, informed, convicted…

Forgotten Americans - By Pastor Paula White-Cain

When President Donald Trump ran on helping forgotten Americans, perhaps not everyone realized until his recent announcement supporting bipartisan criminal justice reform legislation that this included those who are most out of sight – people in prison. To be sure, those behind bars made poor choices. However, President Trump recognizes we all have an interest in making sure they return to society ready to be law-abiding, productive citizens.  Having organized prison ministry programs for many years, I have seen firsthand that we cannot afford to ignore our fellow Americans in prison and the moral imperative to help guide them to a better life. This does not mean naiveté about the existence of evil, including the fact that a small segment of people cannot be rehabilitated and should never be released. But just as Jesus sent his apostles to the remotest parts of the earth so the gospel might spread its light in all the world, we must act today to ensure our policies infuse hope into the d…

Let's talk about relationships!

“And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.” Gen 2:21-25 KJV
Did you know that God first appeared on the scene of human history in the role of a matchmaker?  What a profound and exciting revelation! We’re thinking about relationships right now and I believe that God has wisdom and revelation in His Word that He wants to download into your heart, your family, and all of your relationships so that His plan can come to pass in your life.
Marriage is a very special and sacred institution …

How To: Do Battle In Prayer

God’s Word is a legal contract of promises, and there is power in it.
It tells us who we are, what we can do, and what we can have. God views His Word as being holy, and He exalts His Word over His own name (Psalm 138:2). I want to talk to you about doing battle in prayer using the Word of God.  Work the Word, because the Word of God works! God does not move from His place. He is always there for you. He will never falter, never fail and never be late. He will never drop you. You can always trust God. God’s Word is a guarantee of the end result. His Word never returns void, but it accomplishes that which He sends it to do. That’s why it is so powerful to pray and speak the Word of God over yourself and those for which you are interceding. When you do this, you are invoking the law of God over your situation. When you speak the law of God over a situation, sooner or later that situation has to “match up.”
What do Scriptures specifically promise when it comes to your situation? Which Sc…

Dividing Spirit from Soul

I want to talk to you more in depth about the soul, and it’s function in comparison to the spirit and body because there are issues that can lodge themselves in the soul of a person that can go very deep.

The soul of man is that part which is uniquely him. It is what we think of as the personality of man. The soul is the choices we make when we exercise our will. We learn the nature and character of a person by observing the expression of their soul through both their words and actions. These originate in a person’s soul.

When you accepted Christ’s sacrifice for your sins and became a believer, only your spirit became perfectly aligned to the Spirit of God. The human soul is not renewed, saved or set free of it’s wrong patterns of thinking, it’s deception and denial, and it’s agendas simply because of a spiritual salvation experience. The mind, will and emotions must be continually renewed by the washing of the Word of God, by immersing itself in God’s Word and time in His presence wi…

Break the Pattern (Once and For All)

I shared with you how words are a main vehicle of blessing or cursing. (Click here to read.) Your mouth gives expression to what you think, feel and want. Further, our words are a result of who we believe we are! This can work for us …or against us.

Allow the Holy Spirit to bring to your remembrance the sins and iniquities of your parents and forefathers, and confess them. Personally forgive your forefathers of their iniquities. Ask God to forgive specific sins of your forefathers. Make a faith decision to forgive and cancel their debt – including those who have wounded you by their sins and iniquities!

“Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’ For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Matthew 6:12-15 NIV

Confess your participation in the iniquities of your family tr…

5 Steps to Keeping Your Dreams and Visions Alive!

As our nation, world—and perhaps even our own lives—experience a period of upheaval, God has a message of vital importance for each of us:
Dare to dream – even now! I believe God is urging us to push forward and pursue our life-long goals and dreams – especially at this time. And to assist us in this mission, the Holy Spirit will reveal new gifts, talents, and abilities for us to draw upon, as we focus forward and strive toward our God-given purpose and destiny!

“But Paula,” you may be saying, “I don’t have it in me! I have too many bills, my family is in crisis, my career is in limbo. How can I possibly pursue any dream?”
Nobody knows what you are truly capable of doing…except God!  There will be plenty of times when you won’t feel up to it. Even when things are good, many people don’t realize their own capacity for success…and it can be even more to difficult to believe in our dreams when things are tough.

BUT…it’s important to continue to dream—because your dreams are powerful! I’m…
